Shipping Policy — M-Ink Urban / ProArt Labs

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, produced, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders are handmade and produced in-house.

Processing times:

  • Custom & personalised items: 2–5 working days

  • Non-custom items: 1–3 working days

Processing may be longer during peak seasons (Christmas, holidays, promotions).
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or other trusted couriers.

Typical delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

  • UK Standard: 2–4 working days

  • UK Tracked: 1–2 working days

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • International: 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for courier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Size of the parcel

  • Selected service (Standard, Tracked, Express)

Custom items may require additional shipping charges due to packaging or weight.


4. Tracking Your Order

Tracked services include a tracking number provided via email once dispatched.
Standard services may not include tracking.

If the courier marks an item as delivered, it is considered completed.
For lost parcels, see section 7.


5. Shipping Address Responsibility

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Parcels delivered to wrong addresses due to errors in customer input

If the parcel is returned to us due to address issues, additional postage costs will apply for reshipping.


6. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Delays caused by border controls

We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or undervalue them legally.


7. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Parcels

A parcel is considered “lost” only after the courier completes their official investigation.

We will assist you in opening a claim, but we cannot issue refunds until the courier confirms loss.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays outside our control

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

(Custom items will be remade and resent free of charge.)


8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will replace or refund the item once the claim is validated.


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock and production schedules.
This will not affect your shipping cost.
